The original legendary lemon curd recipe with an added gin twist -a special treat for Christmas
Tan Y Castell Bara Brith
Our classic Bara Brith is a multi-award-winning fruit loaf baked to a traditional Pembrokeshire farmhouse recipe using tea-soaked vine fruits, marmalade and spices. Delightful sliced, slathered in Welsh Salted Butter and devoured with a cup of hot tea!
Shropshire Spice Wild Sage & Roasted Onion Stuffing
Wild Sage and Roast Onion wholemeal stuffing mix is a family favourite. This is perfect with chicken, pork or turkey.
Perl Wen
Perl Wen is a glorious and unique cross between a traditional Brie and a Caerffili. Caws Cenarth in Carmarthenshire use their farmhouse Caerffili recipe as a starting point for their organic Perl Wen (the Welsh for ‘White Pearl’), which gives its soft centre a fresh citrus flavour with a hint of sea salt.
Snowdonia Black Bomber
Creamy extra mature Cheddar with intense, deeply savoury flavour notes
Cenarth Brie
This traditional, organic, French-style Brie from Caws Cenarth has a distinctive and well-rounded mushroomy flavour which grows with age. It has a creamy white interior synonymous with a classic Brie, along with a delightfully gooey centre. Like all Bries, it goes brilliantly with fruit such as apples or grapes, which complement the cheese’s creaminess. Cenarth Brie is made on Glyneithinog Farm in Carmarthenshire by Carwyn Adams and his family.
