In The Community
Tuffins Supermarket is dedicated to supporting local causes, with a strong commitment to ensuring our donations and fundraising efforts create a meaningful and lasting impact in the community.
Making a Difference Locally
We're extremely proud to say we've donated over £10,000 to our local community through Making A Difference Locally!
SpArc Leisure Centre
4th October 2024
As part of our Making a Difference Locally charity we have donated £2,000 to help fund a new swimming pool at the centre.
The swimming pool is 50 years old and the fibre glass lining is unlikely to last much longer so an upgrade is essential. The importance of a swimming pool in a very rural community was well illustrated during the Paris Olympic Games when the community came together to cheer on local man Ollie Morgan.
Thanks to the support of the local community around £190k has been raised towards a target of £250k.
