Wheat (Triticum) is a type of grass grown all over the world for its highly nutritious and useful grain. It is one of the top three most produced crops in the world along with corn and rice. Bacheldre Watermill does not bleach its flours, but uses sieves to gently remove the bran and brown flour from the milled flour to leave a creamy white strong white flour ideal for breads and pizza bases.
